I'm Back

 
Merry Christmas dear readers. I hope you are all enjoying your day. I myself am having an awful time. Having caught covid,  I am flat on my back. So instead of  dinner with my family, I am on the couch in a blanket watching Ghost Stories for Christmas on Brit Box.

    Hope you recover soon! I had a mild case, and my wife never caught it from me! How lucky is that? Just hang in there and with luck it will be over soon. Watch out for those awful long covid symptoms that some get. My grandson has had for 2 years now his taste and smell senses turn wonky (technical term!). Take care!

      I guess losing my sense of taste could end my lifelong love affair with food.

      Yes - I have a blanket and central heating. I could be homeless with covid so things are not all bad. I can't taste anything so i certainly will not gain the standard 5 lb this holiday.

    Dang, what a nasty way to finish out the year. I hope you recover quickly.

    Nice hand-cranked orchestra. I wonder if it was hard finding so many mini Santa hats.
