Forgot to feed the Bird
This is a little prop is fashioned from a cage acquired years ago at JoAnns Fabric and Crafts in after Halloween sales. The bird skeleton is available right at the Dollar Tree. Through the magic of a mini hot glue gun, I got it to stay on the perch.
I like to give my cheap skeletons a paint job as I think it makes them look a little more upscale.
It's not dead -- it's pining for the fjords!
ReplyDeleteHa! Ha!
DeleteI don’t know he looks rather chipper for being underfed. I agree skeletons look 10x better with a bit a paint.
ReplyDeleteIt does look happy like it enjoys being a skeleton. Flesh just gets in the way of a smile doesn't it?
DeleteIt looks so creepy cool!
ReplyDeleteGlad it gets the MK seal of approval.
DeleteVery cool! He looks natural in that cage. I picked up one of those birds from Dollar Tree too. I also took home a skeleton rat and skeleton bat. They're a pretty amazing deal!
ReplyDeleteDollar Tree has some pretty good deals. I love their creepy cloth.
DeleteCool
ReplyDeleteI like it the bird cage.
ReplyDeleteGood to have you back Sarah. It appears that you had a great time in Prague.
