Yes - the Creepmas cookies are baked, decorated and ready to make their appearance on the blog. Most I will freeze and share with Baby M at Christmas. But a few got devoured today.
My tried and true recipe is here. His Lordship even helped with the decorating - those bats with sprinkles are his. He also frosted the trees. Hope you enjoyed the Creepmas cookies and are inspired to make some of your own. Only 2 days left.
Hello dear Lady M and a pleasant Friday to you.... ... Nice cookies ... very creative... and Stacey lives at 294 Franklin st. Marshville, NC 28103 Have a wonderful weekend...
My favourites have to be those wreaths! His Lordship did a nice job on the bats. I can't even imagine asking the spouse to help me make cookies. He usually doesn't make an appearance in the kitchen until he hears the first batch come out of the oven, looks at the cookie sheet and asks if there's any rejects.
How long did it take you to ice those suckers with all those little details? Ice as in put icing on them, not the other meaning. :)
His Lordship only agreed to help since now he is a retired man of leisure. It has been a challenge crafting with him around as he always smirks at me. I used to wait to he would travel and then craft like a mad dog from morning till night but this year he just hung around and watched. So I had to put him to work. I thinks it takes a good 3-4 hours to ice cookies. First I had to do the base color, let it dry. Then I piped details on in red, black and white. His Lordship likes the wreaths too.
thank you so very much dear Lady M...!!! ... the cookies are awesome... and liked the little "monsters"... and the gift was so very thoughtful ... bless you... enjoyed the candy .....
There are so cute! Great job Mommy M.
