This post is inspired by my Yoga teacher who in her daily inspirational talk yesterday, was encouraging the class to focus on the senses and let go of our monkey minds. She told us to leave our heads. That immediately got my monkey mind thinking about Halloween. So this post is dedicated to you Jessica - all things headless from my archives.
