Valloween

Fans of the dark side  are embracing Valentines day with a holiday they are calling Valloween. The mash up between traditional spooky images and hearts is most intriguing. It has taken off on social media platforms like instagram and Tik Tok since 2023.  Decorating ideas usually consist of blending red and pink hearts with any spooky imagery such as skeletons, ghosts and vampires.  Here is an article with ideas for decorating for this Holiday.
If you are in the markets for some decor, Johanna Parker designs is all over this shit.
Crescent Rose Pottery has been making many amazing Valloween Pieces including the adorable skull above.
Vampire wine has a nice boxed set for you and your loved one.

  2. An inspirational idea! The candy will need to be a bit more upscale than on Halloween, but we can make it work.

  3. If there is candy involved it's a good holiday.

  4. And did I ever ask you if you watch(ed) the TV show "Bones"? It's in reruns on several channels.

    3. Still blocking me - won't even give me a sign in page. Has something to do with cookies and I don't mean the delicious kind. Laughed at the TV guide - especially the facts about smoking from the tobacco institute. I am sure that was reliable stuff. Also love the scholastic books - we had about 5 of those titles.

    4. Well, that stinks! I hope it gets straightened out. I always enjoy your comments. I wonder if anyone else is having an issue. I think I'll mention it in an upcoming post.

    5. Try commenting again. I change the settings from requiring a Google account to anyone. I had disable that a long time ago due to so much spam, but let's see if it fixes your issue.
