I think the melting ice cream truck is my favourite too although, frankly, all of them are great in their own way. That "pepto-bismol pipe" is an attention grabber as well.
The black cylindrical things with the multicolored tentacles coming out of the top are vaguely disquieting. Has anyone checked to make sure they are sculptures and not aliens poised to unleash their war of conquest on Earth?
The snail with human legs (or human wearing a snail shell hermit-crab-style) looks vaguely Lovecraftian.
Your interpretations of that sculpture is most interesting. I myself thought they look like plants in pots - like yuccas that were blooming. But aliens poised to unleash works too.
I didn't realize it was a melted ice cream truck. All of these would fit well in Laumeier Sculpture Park near my house. https://www.laumeiersculpturepark.org/

ReplyDeleteLove that name "pepto-bismol pipe". I think the artist should adopt that.
