Oogie Boogie Bash

Greetings all! Baby M here! Lady M asked me to do a couple of guest blogs during this Spooky Season as I had the pleasure of going to Disneyland and attending the Oogie Boogie Bash in September.

For those that do not know, the Oogie Boogie Bash is a non-scary event that Disneyland puts on every September/October in their California Adventure park. It is very highly attended with tickets selling out within days of going on sale.  

From 6 pm till 11pm, only those who paid for the Bash are allowed in the park. You also get the opportunity to see Villian Characters which are not typically out. For example, we were able to see Ernesto de la Cruz from Coco, 

Madam Mim from Sword in the Stone, 

and of courses Mr. Oogie Boogie himself. 

Everyone is encourage to dress up - my friend and I went as Berlioz and Toulouse from the Aristocats!

A very cool thing Disneyland has during the party is a spooky trail which uses lights, mist, and sounds to bring stories to life.

One of the highlights of the Bash is the parade. It starts with Ichabod Crane and the Headless Horseman coming down the street which lets you know it is about to start. 

The actual parade has some very fun floats and sections 

Such as the Nightmare Before Christmas section

The Haunted Mansion

And of course all the classic Disney Villians

Overall, it was a very fun night and worth the money in my opinion!
