Well the wedding is tomorrow and I have been busy getting decorations together to give the Craftwood a macabre makeover. It is a little bright and cheerful right now. I have put together flower urns, a ring box, seating chart, and table numbers.

I put these urns together with many dyed, thrifted flower plus some new material and stuff I already had. Baby M says it looks like a funeral and I said "yes because a wedding is the death of her freedom".

Ring Box. My daughter was gonna buy this on Etsy and I said "I own all that stuff. Let me make that for you".

I am so glad my daughter is such a sweet heart and is letting me indulge my creative side. Her wedding is my fantasy.
Everything is SO awesome, especially that ring box! You are very talented! May tomorrow's wedding be perfect for everyone involved!

We had always wanted to have a Halloween wedding, but circumstances revolving around Mr. Haunted Eve taking advantage of a much better job opportunity at the time made us have to change our plans and we had an impromptu civil ceremony wedding instead. Besides, our families most likely would not have grasped the concept of a Halloween masquerade themed wedding anyway! Your daughter is fortunate to have such an imaginative and creative family.

ReplyDeleteWell it is gonna be cool - we had a low of 28 last night but it will be sunny and dry so that is all good because Colorado when it is sunny it is warm no matter what the temparature.
