Witch House at Glow

This witch house at Glow was staged in a beautiful solarium -  so enchanting.

My pictures don't do it justice so here is a little video.

  2. You've got a lot of nice Halloween events/festivities out there in Colorado! The solarium at the botanical gardens is decorated and lighted so beautifully. A true haunt! Many moons ago before we had our own home and yard to haunt, we went to what we think was the very first "Haunted" Sonnenberg Gardens & Mansion State Historic Park in Canandaigua, NY circa 1994, and it was a huge disappointment. Decorations and costumed characters/actors were sparse and the lighting was all wrong (white flood lights around the grounds like any other normal night would have). Evidently they still do it from year to year, with this year being one of them. Based on the event page's one featured picture for this year, they still haven't figured out how to do a proper haunt!

    1. This event at the Denver Botanical Gardens was so well done that other events could learn from them.

  3. Wow! I love that blue light. I'm noticing all these photos of haunts with bright blue lights and that makes me want to experiment with different color lighting.

  5. It's so amazing to see the creativity that people can come up, and it's all quite creepy and beautiful at the same time. Hugs, RO

  6. I love this, the eerie glow from the cauldron is perfect. Our botanical garden does a art light exhibit too, but sadly there’s no Halloween influence. Although one year a local spider got in on the action by strategically incorporating the existing lighting into its web building.
