This is a classic "witch dance" from Germany. I had no idea it had spread to the US. They kept the original song -- the chorus "schüttel dein Speck" means "shake your bacon", slang for "shake your ass".
Yes I recognized the song and the dance. It is cool that it is spreading to the flash mob scene.
