The First Day of Creepmas - get the tree up!

I does my heart good to see the direction that many folks are taking the holiday tree.  From the dark and twisted to the light and whimsical, trees have branched out (little pun there) to incorporate a little Halloween.  Here are of my favorite examples from the internet.
Purple lights and green tentacles - what a tree! source:

The black and white sillouettes make this tree pretty wicked - I see lots of characters from The Nightmare Before Christmas

This tree reminds me of the wreath in Nightmare Before Christmas. source:

Body parts always seem to make a tree just a little creepier

Sexy legs on a tree? Way more creepy than sexy in my opinion! source:

Of course, then there is always vintage creep

  3. I prefer something more traditional when it comes to my Christmas tree. But gotta love the white tree with the black silouettes;) Also love the skull ornaments :D
