His Lordship and I got to watch 2 artists create incredible pumpkin art at Glow. I believe the woman's name is Giselle Poserio and the gents name is Willy Tuz. They are both professional fruit carvers.
Hopefully it doesn’t sound too serial killerish, but I find it mesmerizing to watch a skilled professional using sharp stabby tools. Seeing the finished product is fantastic, but watching the process as it comes into being is kind of magical. I have no carving skills, but I truly admire those that do.

It's never to late to learn something new - unless you've lost your arms. Then it might be difficult to carve fruit.
